  • Prepare and organise for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Management Corporation / Joint Management Body (JMB)

Maintenance

  • Source for ethical and competent contractors at competitive pricing
  • Ensure all maintenance works are carried out systematically with good workmanship
  • Perform periodic physical inspections to ensure all building components are maintained in accordance with good maintenance practices
  • Customer Relations Department - enhancing customer relationship experiences by solving residents' issues
  • Enforce House Rules stipulated by Developers under the Sale and Purchase Agreement as well as additional by laws made by Management Corporation (MC) / Joint Management Body (JMB)
  • Assist JMB or MC in drafting additional by laws, if there is a need
